1. Select the size you require from our price list or ask if you need a size not shown. 2. Choose the Craftsman or Classic model and any roof options such as extra rooflights (fiber cement roof only), front roof overhang. 3. Add extra height if required. 4. Choose the standard hinged doors or optional up-and-over available in range of designs. 5. Add personal door with padboltr or mortice lock. 5. Add windows if required either standard or joinery available in varoius sizes. 7. Choose standard colours Golden brown or Chestnut brown and add sadolins if required for longer lasting joinery protection. Various colurs available 8. Decide if you will erect or leave it to our experienced team. 9. Add guttering if required. 10. Telephone or email us with your requirements and we will send you an order form confirmation or quotation. |

PLANNING PERMISSIONAs a general rule it is not neccessary to apply for planning permission if the proposed garage does not project beyond any wall of the house which faces a road and is no near than 1 metre to the boundary. If the garage is whithin 5 metres of the house you may need permission. Planning permission will always be required if you live in conservation area. This information is only a general guide and you should check with your local authority planning department for further advice. If permission is required we will supply drawings of the garage.
DISPLAY GARAGESWe have three timber garages on display at our show-site in Mepal. We have a 28ft x 10ft (8.4m x 3.0m) single classic range model garage with optional timber up-and-over door, red tufftile roof. We also have a 16ft x 9ft. Craftsman model with optional personal door and a 20ft x 17ft (6.0m x 5.1m) double Craftsman garage with optional georgian up-and-over doors.
