The model pictured is 3000mm x 3000mm (approx 10ft. x 10ft.) with optional Decra 'Teak' lightweight tiled roof. The interior includes optional insulated walls and roof using Cellotex foil covered insulation and 15mm tongued and grooved boarding lining, complete with skirting board and architrave. The door and window are double glazed as standard. Guttering is optional. Almost any size or design can be built to order |
The Winchester Garden Office Features
- Half glass door with brass fittings, mortice lock, double glazed.
- Two 1.0m x 1.0m window, with one opening sash, double glazed.
- 2140mm (7ft) eaves height. 20 degree roof pitch or 28 degree with tiled option.
- Shiplap boarding externally 15mm thick on 75mm x 50mm framework.
- Exterior plywood roof with heavy duty green mineral felt finish.
- Light brown or dark brown preservative finish and Sadolin preservative externally.
- Various sizes available.
Optional Extras
Decra lightweight roof tiles or felt shingles in choice of colours, extra windows, floor insulation, fitting wiring for electrics, guttering.
