Available with or without a garage or workshop attached, our carriage Houses feature 150mm x 150mm entrance frame, with curved bracing.

The model pictured is 18ft x 10ft (5.4m x 3.0m) Garage with 18ft x 20ft (5.4m x 6.0m)cart lodge. The roof is Decra Stratos Charcoal grey lightweight slate appearance. Also available with Decra lightweight tiles.

19mm (16mm finished size) quality redwood shiplap boarding on 75mm x 50mm framework (100mm x 50mm option). Sawn weatherboard cladding option.

Height to eaves 2300mm (7ft.8in.) with approximately 25 degree roof pitch.

High performance roof constructed with exterior grade plywood on 100mm x 50mm purlins with heavy duty green mineral roofing felt. Felt fixed on a layer of felt adhesive for long lifespan.

Entrance frame to carriage house 150mm x 150mm posts with 150mm x 150mm beam, and curved braces.

Solvent based water repellent preservative finish. Sadolin available as an option for longer lasting joinery protection.

Workshop includes a double window 1200mm x 600mm high with an opening sash.  Door is constructed with t&g boarding on 50mm x 35mm framework and includes a padbolt.

Doors are hung on galvanized hooks and bands with a heavy duty Brenton bolt padbolt and footbolt for easy operation of left-hand door.
